MECHANICS

1. Promo period is from March 1 , 2023 to March 31, 2023

2. Customers are entitled to join the Raffle by purchasing Moonleaf Drink. Customers will receive 20 Razer Gold PINs and also receive one raffle entry for a chance to win a gaming set prize.

3. Customers must completely fill-up the raffle stub with the following details (complete name, email address, address, contact number and signature).

4. Deadline for submission of entries is on March 31, 2023.

6. Determination of winners will be held on April 13, 2023 at Moonleaf Matatag in the presence of a DTI representative.

7. Prizes are the following. Razer Cynosa V2 Keyboard, Razer Seiren Mini Mic, and Razer DeathAdder Essential Mouse.

8. The prizes are not convertible to cash but transferable.

9. Winners shall be notified via registered email and SMS, and their names will be posted at the Moonleaf Tea Shop Facebook Page.

10. A customer can only win once. If the name is drawn more than once, the winner must get the prize with a higher value.

11. Winner may claim his/her prize at the Moonleaf Matatag or via delivery (shouldered by the winner).

12. To claim the prize, winners must present a receipt.

13. If claiming thru an authorized representative, present the Identification card with authorization letter.

14. Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice or it will be forfeited in favor of Moonleaf and Razer with prior approval of DTI.

15. All employees of Moonleaf may include others i.e ad agency, merchants etc. and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.

TERMS AND CONDITION

1. This offer is valid for a period of one year from the date of issue.

2. To take advantage of this offer, the user must have a valid Razer Gold account. If the user does not have an account, they must create one before redeeming the voucher.

3. To redeem the voucher, the user must use the PIN provided to reload their Razer Gold account.

4. The user may redeem multiple vouchers on their account, provided that each voucher has a unique PIN.

5. The user must retain a part of the voucher as proof of ownership of the raffle entry. This includes the serial number, PIN, and any other relevant information.

6. Winners will be selected randomly from entries that have fulfilled all the necessary criteria.

7. Winners will be contacted via their email addresses or social media accounts and will have a period of one month to collect their prizes.

8. If the prize is not collected within this time frame, Moonleaf and Razer Gold reserve the right to reselect a new winner.

9. Winners may be required to take a photo with the prizes for verification and for Moonleaf's marketing purposes.

10. Moonleaf and Razer Gold reserve the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice.

11. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. It is the user's responsibility to check back regularly for updates and to ensure compliance with the latest version of these terms and conditions.

12. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. 13. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

14. The prize is transferable but cannot be redeemed for cash or other goods or services.

15. Moonleaf and Razer Gold are not responsible for any damage to the prize that may occur during transit or delivery.
