1. ELIGIBILITY: Moonleaf Golden Ticket Contest is open only to legal residents of the Philippines, of any age. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
2. SPONSOR: Moonleaf Tea Shop, Emerald Leaf Franchising Corporation, 132 Kalayaan, Diliman, Quezon City, Philippines
3. TIMING: The promotion begins on October 8, 2019 at 1:00 PM GST +8 and ends October 15, 2019 at 11:59 PM GST +8. Announcement of winners will be on October 16, 2019.
4. PRIZE: Golden Ticket, Silver Ticket and Bronze Ticket.
· A special Gold, Silver and Bronze vouchers that entitles the winner a year's worth of Wintermelon Milk Tea on a weekly basis, 6 month worth of Wintermelon Milk Tea and 3 month worth of Wintermelon Milk Tea. Prizes will be delivered to winners via courier upon availability.
· Mechanics for claiming will be through a personal message to the winners.
· Winners may only claim Wintermelon Milk Tea and is non-exchangeable to other items.
· Prizes are non-transferrable and non-converitble to cash.
· Unclaimed weekly prizes are forfeited and considered expired.
· Promo available to all Moonleaf stores.
5. HOW TO ENTER: Participants must enter a valid entry through their personal social media channels during the promotion period. Entries must fulfill the required parameters to become valid.
Mechanics below:
· Share a creative photo of your favorite Moonleaf drink in Facebook. on your social media account (Facebook, Instagram or Twitter)
· Post with the hashtags #MoonleaftotheNine and #GoodVibesInACup
· Accounts of all entries must follow Moonleaf's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter) to be valid
· Social Media Accounts must be set to public for the entire duration of the contest . Accounts must be personal, individual, authentic and verifiable. Public pages, groups and communities will be disqualified
· Giveaway accounts will be disqualified
· Usage of other people's photos will be disqualified.
· Photos must be owned by the entrant otherwise will be invalid
· Multiple entries allowed, but winner can only win once
6. VERIFICATION OF WINNERS:
· Top 3 entries with most likes: 1 year supply of Wintermelon Milk Tea on a weekly basis, total of 48 cups of Wintermelon Milk Tea, Top 4 to Top 6 entries with most likes: half a year supply of Wintermelon Milk Tea on a weekly basis, total of 24 cups of Wintermelon Milk Tea and Top 7 to Top 9 entries with most likes: quarter of a year supply of Wintermelon Milk Tea on a weekly basis, total of 12 cups of Wintermelon Milk Tea
· All potential winners are subject to verification by the Sponsor.
· An entrant is not a winner of any prize unless the entrant has been verified and notified that verification is complete. Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules.
· Each potential winner will be sent a personal message associated with his/her entry (social media) and required to respond within three (3) days of the date notice or attempted notice was sent, in order to claim the prize.
· If a potential winner of a prize cannot be contacted, or fails to respond within the time period, potential winner forfeits the prize.
· Sponsor will award the prize to an alternative winner.
· All decisions/winners are final and non-contestable.
7. RELEASE: By receipt of any prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, and each of their respective direct or indirect parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, related entities, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies and each such company’s officers, directors, members, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all losses, liability, illness, injury, claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt, possession, use or misuse of any prize.
8. PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes entrant’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes worldwide, in perpetuity, in any and all media, manner, and formats now known or hereafter devised, without further payment or consideration.
9. PERSONAL INFORMATION: Entrant's Personal Information will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned or otherwise disclosed.
10. WINNER'S LIST: The winner list will be posted after winner confirmation is complete. The winners list will be accessible by then at moonleaf.ph.
11. VALIDITY: Sponsor reserves the rights to change or modify terms and conditions anytime if deemed as necessary.
